Product details

Arunda is a system that allows you to manually create wood-to-wood dovetail connections.

All you need is a pair of Arunda templates (one for the tenon and the other for the mortise) and a powerful LO 65 Ec router equipped with the special Arunda router bit and the corresponding accessories.

There are different template models. With one template model, you can work with different wood widths and heights. Choose a single model based on the widths of the wood used most often: the larger the connection dimensions, the greater its load-bearing capacity!

Areas of application

  • Wood-to-wood dovetail system
  • Straight or angled connection, on a purlin or rafter.
  • Can be used in the workshop and on the construction site.

Advantage

  • Top-down assembly is very easy. There is no need to move the timber frame.
  • Double-cone connection: self-tightening and perfect fit.
  • The same router setting is used to make tenons and mortises.

For dovetail fastening between a primary beam and a secondary beam.
Straight or angled connection, on a purlin or rafter.

 

Speed: 8 to 18 connections per hour (tenon + mortise).
The Arunda system is supplied in a practical wooden box.
