The DD40 is the only portable doweling machine and is a worldwide innovation from MAFELL.

MAFELL has revolutionized assembly technology in its mobile application by combining conventional wooden dowels with the DD40 double-dowel system. The system enables faster, more precise and therefore more cost-effective work than any other assembly and joining system.

During gluing, the workpiece is perfectly secured in position. Clamping the workpiece becomes easier, simpler, or even unnecessary.

The MAFELL DD40 system is a complete solution. In addition to the machine itself, the Power, Maxi or MidiMAX versions also include wooden dowels, a glue bottle, 2 non-slip mats and drill bits. Everything comes in the convenient T-MAX.
