Designed for extreme detail work used in netsuke or caricature carving. These tools have edges forged even thinner than those of other palm tools. Cutting with these thin edges allows the carver to work very close to adjacent details without crushing the wood fibers, which can lead to “tear-out.”
Included palm tools: FR802 #5 x 2.5 mm, FR800 #9 x 1 mm, FR801 #9 x 1.5 mm, FR803 45 degrees x 1 mm.
