Whether sharpening an ordinary kitchen knife or a larger hunting knife with a more tapered tip, you get the same result on both sides of the knife without needing to reset the jig. The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig is suitable for almost all types of knives: household, chef's, carving, hunting, and fishing knives. It can also be used for wood-splitting tools and loppers.
