The Concealed Hinge Jig eliminates the guesswork when installing cabinet doors with concealed hinges. With this easy-to-use jig, you can achieve drilling precision using a regular hand drill. The jig ensures accurate hinge alignment for doors that fit perfectly and operate smoothly. In addition, the Concealed Hinge Jig features a high-quality carbide bit with a built-in stop collar that ensures smooth, clean holes drilled to the perfect depth every time. The Concealed Hinge Jig consists of a fiberglass-reinforced nylon base with a hole containing a drill guide. Positioning cams ensure that the jig positions the bit to drill a hole with the adjustment required by each hinge, while the included stop collar ensures that the drilling depth is always correct. A pair of smaller holes also allows you to drill perfectly positioned holes for the hinge mounting screws, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
