The ZSX-TWIN Ec chain saw for timber framing is the practical solution for cutting large wooden sections.

MAFELL has created a new dimension in cutting solutions with an innovative dual-motor machine. This makes what previously seemed impossible feasible with exceptional precision and cutting power.

With a power output of 3,000 watts, the CUprex motor reaches its full capacity when connected to the 230 V mains. Using two motors on alternating phases enables optimum performance without the risk of overloading the electrical network. Simply MAFELL.

The heart of the ZSX-TWIN Ec is its two synchronous motors, each rated at 3,000 watts, powered in parallel by two 230 V phases of the three-phase mains. This solution ensures impressive cutting performance and continuous operation, even during the most demanding work.

Application

For precision work, the ZSX-TWIN Ec is perfectly compatible with the MAFELL F guide rail system.
Impeccable height adjustment thanks to the sliding Pertinax element, which adapts to the guide rail.

 

With a cutting capacity of up to 400 mm, connection to the dust extraction system is essential, enabling precise work without dust dispersion.
As part of the accessories, the equipment also includes a new 400 HM chain designed for perfect rip cuts.
