This hidden fastening system works with Kreg decking screws to allow you to install decking without visible fasteners, so all you see is the beauty of your decking instead of a bunch of screws.

This system features hardened-steel guides for drilling precisely positioned pilot holes and guiding deck screws to securely and invisibly fasten decking from the edge, whether you are using solid wood or composite decking boards.
It makes drilling stepped pilot holes and driving screws easy in all situations thanks to three hardened-steel guides: one at 90° to the edge of the board and two at opposing 45° angles, allowing easy access when working near walls as well as when creating strong joints where boards meet end to end. The stepped bit creates perfectly positioned pocket and clearance holes for the Kreg Deck Screw, while a stop collar ensures the perfect drilling depth.

After drilling, simply insert a Kreg Deck Screw, an integral part of this hidden fastening system, into the same guide, then drive it using the included square-drive screwdriver bit. It also features a stop collar to ensure that the self-tapping, cement-coated screw is driven to the perfect depth.

The aggressive threads bite firmly into the joist, while the smooth upper shank and flat-bottom head work together to pull the deck board tightly into position.The Deck Jig Concealed-Fastener system works with composite decking as well as solid wood decking such as cedar, hardwoods, and pressure-treated wood kiln-dried after treatment (KDAT).
