MAFELL's PSS 3100 SE are the world's first automatic, mobile panel saws.

Unique design features ensure that dust emission during processing is minimal. The PSS 3100 is equipped with an innovative guard that covers almost the entire blade and a sealed housing, allowing dust to be extracted easily.

The newly developed diamond blade makes the PSS 3100 SE ideal for cutting mineral materials such as fibre-cement panels.

The circuit with speed control and soft start significantly increases the safety of the machine and allows the speed to be adapted to the material being processed, such as plastics. This type of electronics ensures a constant speed under load and protects the machine from overloads.

Application

Thanks to the repeat stop, the PSS is also suitable for processing particularly long solid wood, as shown in the image for squaring a floorboard.

The perfect system for all types of panels, from chipboard to fiber-cement panels.
With the MAFELL S 50 M extraction system and the integrated extraction channel, dust extraction is almost complete.

 


The cross stops available as optional accessories can simply be attached to the guide rail of the PSS 3100 SE.
The practical movable handle fitted to the guide rail makes maneuvering easier.

 

The adjustable end stop prevents exceeding the desired cutting length and makes the blade emerge from the workpiece at the end of the cut.
Setting the blade to scoring mode ensures splinter-free cuts. The scoring function consists of a slight offset of the cutting line edge.

 


Maximum precision when adjusting the cutting depth using the micrometer scale.
Allows work in an almost completely dust-free environment. Suitable for MAFELL S 25 M and S 50 M extraction systems.
