The MAFELL crosscut saw system represents the perfect combination of power, precision, ergonomics and ease of use, with numerous features in a single tool.

The KSS 80 offers even greater ease of use for frequent crosscuts. Thanks to the special guide rail, cuts are faster and even cleaner. And this with a cutting depth of up to 82 mm.

After the cut, the saw automatically returns to the starting position and, at full cutting depth, offers a maximum cutting length of 370 mm.

The combination of high power and a high speed has a name: CUprex, the high-performance motor with high-precision digital electronics and a new control system. Thanks to continuously variable speed control, it enables a wide range of machining operations on various materials.

There is no longer any need to unscrew the riving knife - during plunge cutting, the FLIPPKEIL provides maximum comfort and safety.

Application

It only takes one hand to operate: the guided mitre saw consists of a hand-held circular saw attached to a guide rail.
The angle scale ensures that the angle is always set with the utmost precision.
 

 

Thanks to a fixed pin and a sliding pin, the cutting angle can be adjusted from +50 to -60 degrees.
The KSS 80 system can be quickly and easily dismantled and then repositioned on a conventional guide rail.
