The DBS-22 Drill Bit Sharpener lets you sharpen bits from 3 mm to 22 mm in diameter with maximum precision and create a four-facet point for optimal performance. You can set the optimal cutting-edge and clearance angle for each drilling job, based on the bit's size and material. You can also sharpen damaged bits, restoring them to perfect shape.

With the new patented Tormek system, you can now sharpen your drill bits with the highest precision. The clearance angles and cutting-edge point can be set according to your needs, which may depend on the material you are going to drill and the size of the bit. You can create a 4-facet point that delivers ideal cutting performance, and the cutting edge will not slip on the surface, while the required feed pressure will be reduced compared with a standard bit. The resulting drilling precision generates less heat and extends the service life of the bits. Because this system operates according to precise laws of physics, it does not overheat the steel, eliminating the risk of loss of hardness or microcracks.
