The Tormek T-4 Original is a compact, high-quality machine perfect for home and hobby use, or for professionals with limited space. Knives, scissors, lawnmower blades, and chisels. Virtually all cutting tools can be sharpened to be sharper than new with the complete Tormek jig system. The universal support offers maximum repeatability, while the leather honing wheel ensures razor-sharp edges.

Symmetrical results regardless of blade thickness or geometry

With the Tormek patented KJ-45 Self-Centering Knife Jig, you achieve symmetrical sharpening results with the same angle on both sides of the blade, regardless of thickness and geometry. Whether sharpening a regular kitchen knife or a larger hunting knife with a more tapered tip, you get the same result during both sharpening phases without needing to reset the jig. The KJ-45 Self-Centering Knife Jig is suitable for almost all types of knives: household, chef’s, carving, hunting, and fishing knives. It can also be used for drawknives and pruning shears.

 

Sharpen your smallest knives

The SVM-00 Mini Knife Jig makes it possible to sharpen blades whose small size had previously made this operation difficult.
Small knives were generally sharpened freehand, but it was difficult to achieve a consistent shape each time, and it was almost impossible to control the sharpening angle.
The blade holder works together with the Tormek SVM-45 knife jig.
You can sharpen knives of various shapes for carving, whittling, and detail work with perfect control, including folding pocket knives.
Since the knife handle is mounted in the SVM-00 device, even the shortest blades can be sharpened.
